Emma is a fully qualified Cordon Bleu Chef with a large repertoire of dishes. Her attitude is to try to say "yes" to everything, however complex a client's needs, and she has a flexible and reliable team who will help make it happen.

She will meet with you to discuss your requirements, provide you with a detailed quote and stay in close contact throughout the planning process. She is passionate about what she does and always makes sure her clients can relax and enjoy their event.

Emma will tailor-make a menu to suit your tastes and any dietary requirements. The majority of the preparation will be done in advance, with Emma and her team arriving around an hour before to add the finishing touches. She will take care of all the details, ensuring no disruption to your home. You can simply enjoy spending time with your guests.

Emma can provide full catering for any event and can recommend venues if required. Catering options vary from canapes to formal three or four course dinners and she can recommend wine or drinks to suit your food. Supported by her experienced team of waiting staff, you can be confident that the food at your event will be flawless.

Emma can also provide full event planning; from the original design and concept, through to making sure everything goes to plan on the day or night. You can confidently pass responsibility for any element of your special event, be it equipment or furniture hire, flowers and design, staff, DJ or band.

Gluten-free, Vegan & other specialist diets

Emma will tailor-make an entire menu or individual dishes to meet the dietary requirements of you and your guests. Recent examples include a Gluten-free Mexican meal for a 40th Birthday Party, an entirely vegan Wedding Breakfast, and a nut-free Christening Tea for a child with a serious nut allergy.
